Friendly, Smart and thorough. Has a very efficient process. Takes cash /check only. That is the best way to offer the patient the best service. Gave me plenty of time to discuss my issue and confidence to try the agreed course of treatment.

Dr. Scott is fabulous but I will be changing Doctors as a result of her staff. They are completely unresponsive, down right rude and uncaring. They ignore repeated request for RX refills and do not pass messages onto Dr. Scott. It's a real shame since Dr Scott is good Doctor but her two over empowered staff are ridiculous. Consider another office, no one should have to plead and beg to have their health care needs met.

The staff just isn't pleasant at all. I am considering looking for a new PCP even though I love Dr. Scott because the staff is snarky and demeaning. I always feel as if I am an intrusion into their day when I have to call or go in. The nurse has made assumptions and voiced opinions on what "she" thinks I need to be doing, without even hearing what might be going on. when calling for blood work results, I have had to endure the "nurses" opinions and "helpful" suggestions unsolicited. I have been made to feel as if I am not really suffering from my problem by the nurse. Once Dr. Scott comes in then it is a different story, but getting to her is like walking through a briar patch with all the snarky comments and sass. Who needs it when you are at the doctor because you already don't feel 100%?

Dr. Scott and her staff are always very caring and attentive. I feel confident after consulting with Dr. Scott that the right choices concerning my health are being made and I like that.

She takes the time to listen and doesn't rush you. This quality isn't found very often these days.
