Dr. Lisa Pathak, MD

Dr. Pathak is wonderful. She has nurses who keep up with me for my age and also a monthly nurse call. She has additional Health practitioners who are also wonderful. The practice has recently added additional hours.

Dr.Pathak was great with myself and my baby she answered all my questions and concerns and she gave me all the reassurance i needed during this difficult time. I was amazed by Dr.Pathak and her staff they were all very professional, nice, caring, and very patient with me and my baby I'm very thankful I took the time to do research and found the right Doctor for my family.

Dr.Pathak and staff have been nothing short of amazing and providing top notch care for babys and adults. I just moved to the area in the middle of this COVID19 crazyness and I needed a pediatrician for my child I went to a Pediatrician in Port Jervis my first visit for my new born babys well check I went to the office and sick children were all still coming in the office and the staff was operating as if everything was normal I was very worried my child would catch something so I called around and asked a few offices what the policys are. Dingmans Medical reassured me that they are providing all sick visits through telemedicine only and well care for babys are on Mondays in office and that when I came to the door my temp would be taken and I would be provided a mask then I would need to sanitize right away before entering the patient room. I sanitized right in the entrance and was taken right back with my baby to a patient room with my mask on. Dr.Pathak came in to do the well… check and she sanitized in the hall and in the room and was also wearing I mask. Dr.Pathak was great with myself and my baby she answered all my questions and concerns and she gave me all the reassurance i needed during this difficult time. I was amazed by Dr.Pathak and her staff they were all very professional, nice, caring, and very patient with me and my baby I'm very thankful I took the time to do research and found the right Doctor for my family.

Victoria is great...she is the only good thing about this practice...everything else, not so great... Many issues at this place...a lot more bad visits then good.Let's not forget the time my 5 month old was over medicated because one of the doctors didnt know how to do math. Or the time the front desk receptionist told me that "she Hope's I sleep better at night" because I needed a later in the day appointment. And if you need an appointment for the next day...dont even bother. Their policy is "call at 8am for sick visits, we cant schedule for tomorrow". How about the people that work? I called at 4:30pm once to make an appt for tomorrow...nope, couldnt do it! And the nurse is rude, non-empathetic, and reads from Google everything. They medicated my son one time, and after taking him to the hospital, come to find out that they were medicating him for something that every human being Carrie's and is not treatable! Nurse told me it was to treat that and then got all tongue… tied and quickly changed her story once I told her my situation. I wish I got it recorded! And God forbid you want a copy of your medical records...3 weeks later, and still waiting. How hard is it to press print?

Always makes you wait more then 40 minutes then when you complain she tells you well you could leave if you want but meanwhile my child is sick. All the other doctors there are great but she needs to go.

Dingmans Medical has been a blessing to my family. I had to change pediatricians and I am so thankful I did. The office and Doctors are always here for my family and I. The wait can be a little long for Dr. Pathak but the physician assistants the waits are never long and they are just as good as Dr. Pathak in my eyes. I enjoy the care I get from Dingmans Medical and that I'm always able to get an appointment even when they are fully booked up they put me on a waiting list and call me back to squeeze me in. Thank you Dr.Pathak, and Victoria for always taking care of my family.

Very impressed, so far. All of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I was contacted to schedule necessary tests, etc.

I called the office the other day to get an appointment for my daughter, who wasn't feeling well. I was speaking with Darla, and she did state that the schedule was pretty booked but if I would just hold for a moment she would look at the schedule to see where she could get my child squeezed in. I of course said "ABSOLUTELY I'll hold." When she came back on the line she said, "Ok, I can get her in with the doctor today, but just so you’re aware there may be a little bit of a wait as I am double booking the doctor with her." I said that’s not a problem, I really appreciate you getting her in. I truly appreciate all that she did for me and I absolutely love the office staff and all the doctors there. Thank You!

Dr.Pathak is very compassionate and caring she goes over all of my history and needs, Dr.Pathak is very easy going and not intimidating like most Doctors.

This office is the worst! They refused to book an appointment for my twin Daughters because of $38 balance from 2011 SMH! Money hungry is being kind. I called about a week ago to make an appointment and was told they could not make an appointment until ot was paid so since I was driving I told her ok I'll call back at a later time and that it did not make any sense!' Called today to make the appointment and pay the fee they said I owed at which point I was put on hold and told her computer froze to give her a second next thing I was speaking to a Dr who is also the program administrator who tells me she picked up because last time I called there was a note that I was snippy so she doesn't think the practice will be able to meet my needs' what? So they are refusing to see my girls for $38!!!!! Maybe I'm crazy but I am reporting them to epically board for discrimination second,so I said okay. Next thing I know I'm talking to one of the Drs
