Dr. Pillsbury always goes over all tests & issues with me in detail. I’m never rushed & she always answers my questions. Very professional.

This doctor was so arrogant. She pulled in as a doctor passing by and she was so rude. Definitely needs a dose of bed aide manner. She was more concerned about the credentials of the patients family rather than explaining and addressing the situation and questions. Apparently from the comment made she doesn’t get paid to learn about each patient in their group practice. DO NOT REC AT ALL.

was very disappointed because I had to wait for an hour that I think it made my BP elevated .I voiced my concern to the doctor & had to tell me to ask for another day on the next visit or call before I come

If you are considering this doctor for your kidney care stop, turn around and run. Absolutely 0 compassion for her patients, basically blames the patient for their condition. The name Nurse Ratchet comes to mind when I see her face. Can offer no real solutions to any of the problems so she takes it out on her patients. After 6 months of abuse, finally have the strength to say NO MORE! All of the other doctors in her practice have the same attitude, including the dialisis center (Fresenius in EG) , and come to find out she runs the center also. So dont bother with any of them. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Doctor is very thorough, She doesn't just look at the numbers, but investigates to see why the numbers are what they are, and explains the underlying causes. Checks on diet, etc to see if me (the patient) can do something different to improve the numbers.
