Wise, caring are some of her qualities. No waiting time and takes real time to explain it all.

I went for my annual exam and to renew my prescription. The prescription was submitted to the pharmacy with an incorrect dose (quantity). After over a month - and multiple attempts to contact her office by me and by the pharmasist during that time, as well as a number of conversations with her nurse who said she would make sure to follow up, the error has not been corrected and I am running out of my medication. Also, her office never contacted be with resalt of my labs, even after I called and asked for them. Unacceptable. Not going back.

Dr. Vinokur is a very compassionate, warm and personable doctor. She exudes serenity. The first time I met with her, she told me that it is her job to worry and I shouldn’t. She is extremely thorough and follows through with investigating all avenues until she can make a definitive diagnosis. After three months, two other doctors and negative test results, dr. Vinokur found the cause of my problem, and in so doing, saved my life. I could not be more grateful to her.

I can not say enough amazing things about Dr Vinokur! She is warm, personable, an excellent clinician and very down to earth. She always remembers the small details year to year. She and her staff are very caring and responsive to your needs. I would recommend Dr V to anyone who wants the BEST!

Dr V is amazing ! She has delivered all if my children and is now seeing my oldest daughter!! Her clinical decisions are filled with much knowledge and experience. Dr Vinokur is one of a kind. She spends quality time with her patients. Sometimes you have a wait, but it is worth it. She makes you feel like nothing else matters. She remembers details from year to year about personal trips and other health related issues. I can not say enough nice things about her. I wish all my doctors could be like her!!

Dr. V is thorough, and isn't put off by complexities of my other medical conditions. I went thru two other GYNs who were major disappointments upon moving to GA, till my fabulous GI Doc began to share a suite with her. Melissa (newer) is great at appointments! Dr. V's been my GYN for 4 years & she's been wonderful!

My former gyn (she left private practice) recommended Dr. Vinokur. I have gone to her for years; and think she is a lovely person and caring professional. Her nurse(Joyce) and office admin(Linda) are warm and friendly and so very helpful. When my daughter came of age to need a gyn I took her to see Dr. V. and she has been a patient for 7 years now. My children are my world and I would never trust their healthcare to a doctor I didn't trust implicitly. I think that alone is a strong endorsement.
