Dr. Lisa F. Wolfe, MD

Told I need sleep therapy and the machine is no longer needed. When I call the rec'd place it is a four-month wait. I leave a message and her nurse returns the call and has done nothing and has no intention of doing anything. The same lack of care by the nurse happened months earlier when we traded calls for three months and she never seemed to recall anything nor did she ever do anything to carry out the doctor's orders. The CPAP provider explained they had sent multiple requests to two different faxes and heard nothing. The nurse never did anything she said she would do and so the doctor's orders were never carried out.

My wife has a undetermined diagnosis related to a Neurological Disorder. This is something that is difficult to understand, but after much research is something quite normal for the many types of Neurological Disorders there are. It seems to be genetic in that her Brother also had a similar type of disorder that most closely resembles ALS, but which is not ALS. As her disease is now progressing, she now has developed a Respiratory Disorder directly related to her Neurological Disorder. We asked her Neurologists who she would recommend for my wife to see on her Respiratory issues, and it was Dr. Wolfe. Having seen Dr. Wolfe and working with her, her knowledge base and recommendations have been comforting to my wife and myself. Here Bedside Manners are that she is not only very professional and knowledgeable, but is understanding and compassionate towards herb patients. Dr. Wolfe is someone that my wife and I would highly recommend, which is something that we haven't done too… often!

I see her for sleep apnea and some lung problems. She sometimes has really good ideas and I feel fortunate to have found someone very experienced with sleep apnea. But then the next appointment she forgets what my problems are, gives me incorrect advice and never sits down because she is in such a rush. I am pretty patient about the wait, but it can be very long, so be ready. The nurse that calls you back is not knowledgeable and is sometimes quite rude.

CPAP machine.....I think not!!!!!
