Don’t waste your money trying to get help. NEVER get to see doctor although I was told I would next time. Still never saw him. I felt like a baby sittin service. No help at all. Grade a -0-

Don't go never saw him. PA's talked all the time to me. Made poor decission and gave me wrong dose of Medication.

I have been coming to the office for several years, and I have to say I love everyone there. They are all helpful and very attentive to my needs. Every person goes out of their way to make sure all my needs are met. I highly recommend this office!!!!!!

This office is amazing! Everyone was very helpful and educated as well.

My husband has had some serious issues as a diabetic and was not receiving the help he needed. I found Dr. Hancock and read a little about him before Gary went to see him. We were so pleased Dr. Hancock never rushed us and spoke to us and looked at Gary for as long as it took to understand the issues. Follow up appointments were scheduled. My husband was having some other issues and Dr. Hancock wanted him to see another specialist before he did any surgery on Gary to make sure that there was nothing else going on besides the initial problems we went to see him for. (my husband had several different things happening at one time) Dr. Hancock has called us several times to see how I am and how my husband is as well as speaking to the other specialists to get updates on his progress. You will find very few doctors that care enough about there patients like Dr. Hancock. He has the old time bed side manner that so many doctors are missing today yet with the knowledge of today's… modern day medicine.

Office staff has total lack of compassion for elderly, slow moving patients. Do not recommend.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE. THE GIRLS IN THE BACK ARE VERY EDUCATED AND EXTREMELY NICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Over books every time. Only uses certain insulin even if you can't afford it. Heaven forbid you need something signed. He won't do it till you see him and that could mean you are waiting a month for whatever it is you NEED. If you can find someone else then do.

Dr. Hancock is and has been one of the most caring, professional Physicians we have seen in five years. He is very sincere. Our Questions have been answered, Wait time has been pleasant, Office staff are very kind and considerate. Every NP we have seen are very Professional, and we always leave knowing we made a wonderful choice for my husbands Diabetic needs. With this doctors help we have been able to maintain a good A1C level., and know we are in good hands. Would highly recommend this Dr. to anyone on our 5 years experience.

This dr office is horrible! Dr. Hancock made me feel like he had a stigma about the fact that I had to take medication for depression. His staff does not know what they are doing. Every time I went there I would leave in tears! I refuse to go back! They would put me on meds for medical problems that they didn't even test me for. Don't go there!
