I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Blair-Britt over the last 2 years. Her staff has been great. She always listened well and offered helpful treatments for me. I understand she just retired. I am grateful for the wonderful care she has given me and wish her the best.

I just received a letter that Dr Blair Britt is leaving the medical group. I am very upset. Is she ok?

I have never met a more caring and compassionate doctor. Really listens and cares for your whole person and not just what you’re visit is for! A very warm, sympathetic and empathetic doctor. Would give her a 10 if I could!! I thank God I found her!

After reading all of the reviews, I am wondering who is writing these letters. The letters all have the same theme and could have been written by the same person. They all sound as if they are written by someone with a personal vendetta. I have been Dr. Blair- Britt's patient for a year now, seeing her several times for long standing problems. I have always been treated very well by her office staff and have experienced none of the negative behavior that has been described. I have found them to be helpful and most cordial. When interacting with Dr. Blair-Britt she has always treated me with every courtesy, asking pertinent questions about my conditions and treating them appropriately. I am treated as a partner in the patient /doctor relationship and am very pleased with how she gives me credit for my knowledge of my condition. I feel like an important partner in my treatment and have never received an "I am the doctor attitude." I chose Dr. Blair-Britt to be my doctor on the… strength of the recommendations of other doctors. She was highly recommended by two of her colleagues after I had said I would like to have a new primary physician. I would much rather have a recommendation from a fellow professional than an unverified critique from the Internet.

One of the worst Doctors I have ever seen. Forgets what she has told you, and I always visit with a family member present so there is always witness to this. She gets overwhelmed if you need to see her about more than one thing. Would give anything to have Dr Yolanda Lucas back as Britt was her replacement, night and day difference and my whole family agrees. Simply sad.

Took me off meds that my previous Dr. had prescribed me and were working perfectly "because I can" she said. They were not harming me in any way, only helping my condition.

Dr Britt has No bedside manner, she took over my old doctors practice and I thought I would give her a shot,the very first appointment she walked in the room kind of matter of factly, no real personality at all. Made a diagnosis with an issue I was having without even fully listening to my symptoms or ordering tests. Immediately put me on a medication that has done nothing. Every time I need a new RX there is a problem. She never gives refills even on routine meds, so every month it is a hassle to get what you need. Never had a problem ever with my last dr. But this one takes the cake.....how She has any patients is beyond me.....but Iam no longer one of them !!!

Been a patient since 2009...no more. Dr has moved now to Florida Hospital in Palm Coast. Staff is rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Nikki is ok. Rest are pretty useless. dr Britt is TIED to her computer. Barely looks at you when in the office. I think she is intelligent but seems distracted, bored or overworked now. Sometimes very moody and with little reason will not write a prescription because she says it should be written by a specialist...so now you need to find a specialist and pay his bill to just get a prescription that she could write (and has in the past). Makes little sense and is very exasperating. She will NOT listen to reason and will not help you then (short of making the referral to the specialist). I will find someone better, more responsive and qualified in the area. There's problems with that setup, for sure and it seems to be getting worse.

** I recommend to NOT come here for your health care needs ** Dr Britt stands Behind her abusive /unprofessional Staff when you first arrive front desk staff -WOW" When Dr had been told more than once of How Not Nice /Rude /Unprofessional especially Nikki Have addressed issues about Staff to Dr Britt and basically was told if her staff told me it was followed up or taken care of than it was -"end of story " Always like pulling their teeth to get Referrals as per Dr Britt request for her staff to Take care of -"- not happening here ". HAVE had my health at risk with This Unprofessional Practice and her mainly Front Desk Rude /Unprofessional staff - The Staff you have to deal with from moment you walk in and feel like your" interrupting their day"
