We truly need to clone Dr. Jack. There needs to be more who do his work, but they need to be as qualified. Dr. Jack is a super doctor. That said, I waited ONE HOUR from my scheduled appointment time until I was taken into a room for my procedure. My time is important, too. I had other things I needed to fit in to the time I had left.

Dr. Jack and his staff make an unpleasant experience less so. Wait time a little excessive otherwise 5 star.

Had to wait quite awhile in the exam room for Dr. Jack to ge there. About 20 minutes. Exam went well.

Staff from start to finish are excellent. Dr. Jack was great. Listened to my concerns and answered my questions in terms I understood. One of the best eye docs I've ever had!

Dr Jack is everything you would ever want in a physician. He is kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, has nerves of steel, a great educator, and is concerned about your comfort for operative procedures. He saved my eyesight and i am eternally grateful. Put it simply: he is THE BEST!!!
