Dr. Lori Anne Marshall, MD

I was referred to Dr. Marshall by a client of mine. We were discussing service in today’s world and I mentioned that every time I go to have my annual. I always feel rushed out. I liked my previous physician, but never felt I got the time I wanted. Dr. Marshall fulfilled my expectations. Answering all my questions and making me feel like my time was valuable too.

The office practice was well organized considering the new measures to be taken. The staff is always pleasant and show they care about your well-being.

She genuinely cares about her patients and is always there when you have a random question you call about, or need to speak to her nurse about something.Every time I have had issues with pharmacies filling prescriptions on time, Lori Marshall and her team always help me immediately solving the issue. Several times I have also called not feeling well, and the nurse has helped me right away or goes further in calling the doctor on call to get advice. Very thankful to have a doctor that cares about their patient 24/7.

Competent, personable and caring are only three words to describe Dr. Lori Marshall. She genuinely cares about the health of her patients. She is a superb doctor!

I recently relocated from another state to Georgia and had to find a new OBGYN. I am very picky and did tons of research and found Dr. Marshall. After just my first visit, I was an instant FAN. Dr. Marshall is extremely patient, professional and comprehensive in her approach to medical care. My medical records were transferred to her office and on my first visit she was intentional to pick up on the care I was receiving from my previous physician and take it to the next level with additional suggestions. The staff was extremely professional and followed up on sending in my mail in prescriptions prior to the end of my visit and was ready to make follow up appointments before I left. Wonderful first impression and I have already been back for a visit and had the same exact experience from everyone I encountered. Glad to have found my new OBGYN.

She is so delightful and genuine. Always a pleasure going in for visits. Knowledgeable and always makes herself available for questions. She’s thorough in explanation as well so many questions I have listed she answers before I ask. Also, her staff is pleasant with wonderful attitudes.

She is nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed, and she always takes time to answer any questions I may have.

She’s a wonderful OB especially if you’re high-risk.

Fantastic first experience!! Being new to the state, this practice was highly recommended by a close friend. The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Marshall is blunt but I like that. I'll be back in a few months for a follow up. Glad I found Northpoint OB/GYN.
