Dr. Albright is the best pediatrician I know. She is so knowledgeable and take care of my daughters immediately when needed. She is caring and very professional.

I was told, not asked, that my child would receive a steroid while at the visit. There was no opportunity for me to ask questions. Nor was there an opportunity to ask for a shot vs an oral steroid. Instead, my child was give an oral steroid (Decadron). Which I later find out has Red 40 and liquid sugar as ingredients. We are a low processed sugar home with zero dyes. I would never have agreed to this medicine being given, if I had known.

I was not informed that my insurance will not pay my visit before hands. Yes,it IS MY RESPONSIBILITY to check on that before seen a doctor,but there is also courtesy that creates trust and excellence in customer service....I know that!..Patient always gets cut between insurance and doctors office games...It is a receptionist,who works with insurance daily! Not just my anual exam wasn't covered,but they ran couple "preventative tests" also,"helping "me create a bill that I can't pay now. I will never recommend this place to anyone.Overall,it looks like cheap med office with staff members that have too much time on their hand.there was also very few patients when I was there.What does it tell you?....
