Dr. Lori Ann Hess

First time visit and she took her time to listen and I didn't feel rushed at all. I liked her a lot. Girls in office were very nice also.

Dr Hess is good for reviewing blood test. But if you are sick and have a medical emergency you have to wait a month or more for appointment. Absolutely no compassion for anyone sick or who has a medical emergency.

She gave me 4 mg per pill of prednisone for bad asthma, she should have given me 10 mg per pill bc my asthma was very bad. I was in urgent care this morning, 6 days after seeing Dr Hess, and was diagnosed with Atelectasis which is basically a collapsed lung in which I received a steroid shot and 40 mg of prednisone, already feeling better, and my o2 is on the rise. I called Dr Hess's after hours this morning and an attending someone called me back and told me to go to the ER bc the urgent cares were not open on Sundays. This office also does not write scripts for robitussen with codeine which would have helped me with my cough during my coughing fits.

Does not rush

I would recommend Dr. Hess to anyone needing primary care. Great personality and understanding .
