Dr. Lorna Mallari Rivera, MD

The worst doctor I’ve ever experienced for my child. She doesn’t listen to what you have to say and is extremely condescending. She actually lied to my face at one point when I asked for a specific type of prescription. She told me that they didn’t make it. She corrected herself after I pulled up evidence that it did, in fact, exist. When I asked about what to do in the event of side effects, her only answer was basically - don’t call me, take her to the ER. Seriously!? Awful. Run. Do not go to this woman.

Made an appointment for my daughter based on insurance. Walked in early for 1st appt, filled out paperwork, and finished right at the time we were to be seen. As we waited I began looking up reviews (totally should have done prior) and was met with a lot of negativity from the lack of listening to patients, medication issues, never on time... scary. We waited for 15 minutes after the appointment time with not a word from staff before my husband said we're out, this is ridiculous. I would think as a first time client you would want to make a good impression. He took our daughter out and I went up to the staff to let them know we were no longer intrested after her being this late for 1st time appointment as well as reading quite a bit of negativity. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right I was met with a smug OK have a good day. Wow just wow

HORRENDOUS doctor. Doesn't listen or remember anything from previous appointments (gave her six months- never remembered who I was, why I was there or what was previously talked about). She literally IMed people during our appts. Terribly unprofessional. Do not recommend. Wait to see someone good.
