Dr. Lorraine Faith Birmingham

I went to this Dr for a lot of years. She was always a good Dr although her staff changed all the time and continuously messed up my appointments. Sometimes I waited HOURS to be seen.I would go to an appointment and they would not have my appointment on the computer even though I had a copy of my appointment card. The Dr decided she would no longer accept any insurance forcing me to go else where. I called 4 times requesting records request forms and finally faxed my own requst. They finally sent my records. BUT FAILED to tell me they would be have an outside firm copy them and charge me nearly 60$ for a little copying. I called Dr Birmingham and she was very rude about it. I thought she was a good Dr. But all in all I felt cheated and sad over the entire business. I would not recommend this office due to this reason.

Dr. Birmingham is a great doctor unfortunately her staff is terrible! Very unprofessional - never returns phone calls and the wait is entirely too long - minimum time is 1 hr everytime I have had an appt - Went to her for over a year but got tired of the poor service and unprofessional staff!

The wait was very, very long,more pharmaceutical reps than patients in the waiting area.

Dr. B is a very caring and thorough doctor. Unfortunately this translates into long wait times before seeing her for your appointment.

Between the waiting and the waiting, the constant ramblings will drive you crazy and forget about getting anything done on time
