Dr. Loyd Seth Godwin, MD

The first experience with him was for a matter of about 20 seconds, the second experience was for about 5 seconds. BOTH times he said he would be right back, but never came back. Instead an inefficient assistant prescribed a medication that I was allergic to. The only thing good about this office is the front desk staff - very efficient group of women. Very punctual.

I have been regularly under the care of a dermatologist for over 20 years for a number of skin conditions. Over these 20 years I have seen 4 different dermatologists in various locations as I've moved and Dr. Godwin is by far the best! He is knowledgeable, thorough and most of all, extremely caring. He treats every patient as if he/she were a member of his own family. He listens & works with the patient to determine the best care plan for them. He imparts this sentiment to his staff as well. Everyone you encounter at his office is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful/service oriented. I am so glad my cousin referred me. Have no doubts about your care with this group. You are in excellent hands!

Everything about my visit with Dr. Godwin was extremely positive. The office is bright and clean, the administrative staff was attentive and courteous and I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Godwin was very attentive, listened to and addressed all of my concerns and called promptly with test results. I have returned with family members and highly recommend Dr. Godwin.

Dr. Godwin is awesome! He care's about his patients, he's very helpful and will work with you. I wish my PCP was as good as he is. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Godwin was amazing with my 5 year old. he took the time to explain the issue and the process to get back to healthy. I am so grateful for his extra time to make sure i was comfortable.

I saw 5 different specialists about a rash that was spreading all over my face. Went to Dr. Godwin's in Shelton, CT and the second he saw me he knew exactly what was wrong. I've been dealing with this rash for 7 months he diagnosed it and prescribed me some medicines that took it away in less than a week!! I am giving him all 4 stars because he didn't take guesses as to what he thought might be wrong with me like all of the doctors I saw before him. He knew. I am so happy and grateful that I found him.
