Dr. Luciano Marcello Dicarlo, MD

Dr DiCarlo and his staff were very helpful in caring for my mom. He has a great chair-side manner and was very compassionate toward his patients.

Was referred over to Dr Dicarlo by my Dr for Thyroid cancer. Was seen by him and started his treatment plan with the first does of radiation. After 6 months waiting period when Dr. Dicarlo told me to come back for follow up and second bout of radiation. called his office and talked to 3 different one of his nurse staff who all basically said he would prefer to refer me else where and did not want to treat me. I finally just said heck with it and went to the best Michigan Cancer center.

We found Dr DiCarlo very courteous, friendly, respectful and informative. It was very comfortable discussing the diagnosis and possible treatments with us. I don't understand why another patient would consider him rude. The entire staff of this clinic was professional and courteous. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Everything was explained in a thorough manner. They asked repeatedly if we had any questions. We were extremely impressed.

I have been a patient for 4.5 yrs. Breast Canaer. These people treat you with great respect and really care about what you are going through. They couldn't be any better.

My most memorable with him was he was so rude and look down on us. I think he doesn't like question ask because everytime I ask a question to confirm what he just said. He told us to pay attention and did you hear me the first time? We do hear him that's why we want to confirm what he said is what we understand. I would tell my friends or anybody I know that he's not a good doctor. He doesn't have communication skills to talk to patience and the area he was at. I think patiences are at emotional stage. They need to hear supportive and hopeful from doctor. That what he doesn't have. I refuse to see this doctor again.
