Dr. Lucille M Frial-Carrasco, DO

Dr. Carrasco is a caring, effective, and proficient doctor. She is knowledgeable and thorough, both in examining her patients and when discussing diagnosis. The only negative factor is her support staff, including both nurses and clerical staff. They seem incompetent, whether it be ineptness or just being indifferent to performing satisfactorily. This, however, is not at her Lauderhill office--I'm referring to an office she shares with another, unrelated, doctor.

She knows her wait time is bad. but she rather save lives than let u go with a rushed assessment.Even though the wait is crazy..Its because she Is a thorough doctor. The wait is sooo worth it!We complain as patients but once u meet her u will se why her loyal patients wait. Bcuz you will NEVER get a medical evaluation the way she does it. I rather wait 3 hours than wait 30 minutes with a different doctor who only cares about his billing payments from our insurance companies..If youre uptight and impatient this doctor is NOT for you. this doctor is a rare doc one of the few who actually practiced to save lives!! not to drive maserati and own mansions.. You ppl need to get over yourselves..

The wait time is 4-5 hours every appointment I have had. Dr. Carrasco herself seems very confused. After my last appointment I called my insurance company and switched doctors. There is something not right about the doctor and her staff.

The question above does not give the option of wait time in hours. Dr. Carrasco has made me wait several hours at more than 10 appointments. My average wait time is 5 hours and I think it is totally unacceptable! Her poor time management is inexcuseable.
