Greatest On/Gyn I've ever had. Kind intelligent and a great human being.

This man should not be a Doctor, he has the worst bedside manner on earth. His office is full of gossip. I seen this man for over 10 years.My story is so ongoing and crazy that I could write a book.He ruined my life and that of my unborn son, there are wonderful caring doctors out there! My advice is to check the records, when you find them there they are all you need to see to know that its time to find a different Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. D'Amato for at least 25 years. He has always taken the time to answer my questions and helped me through 2 difficult pregnancies. I would definitely recommend him.

I am a 30 yr old female and in my 7th month of pregnancy and in terrible pain. Dr D'Amato kept telling me it was normal. I have lots of noticeable hanging skin that should be there. I have a crease running down the center of my stomach. Dr D'Amato never meassured my stomach or looked at the cervix. I began to worry because no one had ever seen anything like this. I decided to go to another Dr for a second opion and was diagnosed with a Diastmas Ricti. The new Dr. said that Dr D'Amato should have diagnosed this painful and sometimes harful condition months ago. The new Dr. told me that D'Amato should have messured my stomach and checkled other things that he never did. He could have stopped this from happening. Now I have to live with condition the rest of my life because of his unprofession, irresponsible care. Dr D'Amato is only licened to practice at Toledo Hospital and I am not sure why, but it makes me wonder. I recommend that if you are a patient of his get a second opion. Dr… D'Amato should have his licensed taken away.

Doctor D'Amato is a fool. He is very unprofessional and dangerous. For the last 10 yrs i was a patient of this unprofessional doctor. I had a pap smear 2 yrs ago and I called the office for my results 3 days later and was told everything came back normal. Then 3 weeks later I ended up in the hospital. I called Dr D'Amato's office to find out what my blood pressure was when I was there 3 weeks ago and the nurse looked at my file and began to say how sorry they were because nobody had contacted me to let me know my pap came back abnormal(Cancer cells). I got another DR to treat me and transfered to her. She had saved my life. Then last yr I had a mammagram and everything was fine. I have a strong family history of breast cancer and he knew it. Dr D'Amato never had me get mammograms. My new Dr insisted I get another one this yr and unfortunatly I was not as lucky this yr. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. If I had stayed with Dr D'Amato I wouldn't have found out till it was too… late. Dr D'Amato is only out for the money, he is irresponsible, unknowledgeable and just plain ignorant. If Dr D'Amato is your DR get out before its too late for you.

My birthing experience with Dr. D'Amato was horrible. Dr. D'Amato was one of the doctor's in the practice where I was a patient and ended up being on call for my delivery. Dr. D'Amato was only present for the final moments of delivery after I pushed a sunnyside up baby for 2 hours unsuccessfully. Finally the baby was delivered with forceps causing him to have auriculotemporal syndrome.
