Dr. Luis Enrique G Castillo, MD

Arrogant, rude and condescending. He actually said to me "I hate to burst your bubble, but the two strains of staph you have are nothing." Like I wanted to be deathly ill for three years! After having to harass him multiple times for the test results, he acted put out that he had to actually call me back and didn't explain anything very well. He spoke so low I couldn't hear him and I asked him three times to please speak louder, I couldn't understand what he was saying and desperately needed this information so he spoke SOFTER! I couldn't believe it! I had to keep asking him to repeat it and please speak up yet he didn't do either. He contradicted himself in two separate phone calls also. I recorded every horrible encounter and phone call I had with this man as proof. His staff was nice but appeared to be afraid of him. Understandably so since he treated me like dirt and made me feel like I was a hypochondriac for even being there. I went to him for help and he treated me like… he could care less what was wrong with me and I was inconveniencing him by being there! Once I asked for my medical records, THEN he was nice. I have no idea how he got good grades on Healthgrades because IMO this doctor is an arrogant quack. Beware!

Dr Castillo really cares bout the health of his patients which is evident in his office visits and consultations.. His recommendations are spot on for a healthy recovery

Dr. Castillo is the only doctor I've met who when his office is called and a message is left, has made a call at 9 p.m. to make sure his patient's needs are met! He has a smile that sends love throughout his office and a personality that is ever so inviting. I'd recommend anyone and everyone to this doctor as he truly makes me think of the days I see on Leave it to Beaver when doctors made house calls.
