Dr. Luis Sio Tan, MD

NO NO NO, FILTHY-COMPLETELY UNSANITARY! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE SMELL ALONE IS A WARNING! HOARDING CONDITIONS, IN ROOMS. NEVER WORE GLOVES, EVEN FOR INJECTION. I'M HORRIFIED I STAYED, AND SCARED I MAY REGET IT.

Went in for an annual check up. He billed my insurance saying he gave me injections, never happened. I got billed for 2 visits although I was there for 30 minutes. Never got my results from my blood work until I called them 6 times.

Dr. Tan takes the time to visit with the family and learn about the history of the patient before just making an assumptional diagnosis. I was pleased with his extensive knowledge of allergies and how they effected asthma, and other aspects of my childs life. He also explained how diet is very important; and went over environmental and food sensitivities with us. While his office is a little old fashion, his knowledge of treating children (not the PARENTS) was wonderful. He encouraged us parents to take notes, as he explained to our child (and us) how allergies and other items can effect how we feel.

What an awful experience at this office. Filthy, no computers, shady part of town, Dr. Tan seems to never be in the office. I went I'm there and wait well over a hour and he still no showed me. When I followed up with his office about what was billed to my insurance I was given the run around and then yelled at over the pone by the doctor himself. This is the worst office in the world. Highly reccommed going anywhere else. For your own health and well being...

Please don't visit this office, it's too dirty and bad smell, definitely your kid get sick, The staff is not clean and they don't use clean instruments at all.

Overall experience is amazing and just love coming to him. My family have been going to him for years
