Dr. Luis A Vinas, MD

I do not recommend Dr. Vinas and feel a sense of duty to warn others. His V-Lift has left me scarred and looking unnatural. Other plastic surgeons that have provided a 2nd onion agree that the placement of scars does not make sense - they are infront of the hairline and very messy / sloppy. I will have scars for life because of the carelessness of Dr. Vinas. He only wants your money. Additionally, their office staff does not provide any follow-up, does not respond to emails or voicemails, they can't answer basic questions, and do not know how to handle proper documentation. I would highly suggest you stay away from this business and save yourself the mental and physical distress.

Complete failure. I had to go back 3 times as his injections did not take. I have been having Botox injections for approximately 30 years. With a total of approximately 80 units and 3 visits to Dr. Vinas, not one time was I corrected on the fact thst he was not even using Botox until my third back to back visit. On my third visit his nurse while he was out of the treatment room informed me that he was going to finally be using Botox on the third visit. Unfortunately as he probably was more concerned about money than the results he only injected 20 units for a 50 unit procedure on my third visit. This of course was after numerous e mails exchanged with Dr. Vinas where again he never corrected the word Botox at any time during our back and forth e mails and I had suggested a refund and offered to Sign an NDA. He insisted on the three visits instead. Talk about uncomfortable on so many levels. After the third visit with close to zero results, I just gave up and so did he. There were no… follow up correspondence from him or his office after the third visit and if there had been I would have told him, total failure. I have never in almost 30 years had any kind of failure as this most simple procedure has zero failure if performed correctly and with the actual Botox product being used. He tried to turn it around in me and make it my particular skin/face problem. I went to see him this one time due to the fact he is 5 min from my home. My plastic surgeon of almost a decade is 30 min away and I just wanted to stay close to home during this epidemic. His reviews look good “on paper” via social media, dig a little deeper and one can find his world of unsatisfactory patients. Six hundred dollars later, 3 hours of physical visits and hours of attempting politically correct emails In which he made the failure my fault, shame in him. Back to my Plastic Surgeon of years, one visit and total success. JM

The experience was a nightmare! Scarred me for life. This butcher and his assistant Doris are the most money centered team in the industry. No conscience, totally unsympathetic. Save your money... please!!! I went back to see if he would do a revision but he said I didn’t come back sooner so he would have to charge me full price... yuk! Supposedly he does charity surgeries abroad. What a joke! I am truly sorry I ever consented for this butcher Vinas to butcher me the way he did... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE???? and so SAD!

Excellent results from recent surgery. Dr. Vinas is a talented and exceptional surgeon. His expertise, knowledge and surgical skills are exceptional. his office and medical staff at both the Port Saint Luce and West Palm Beach offices were great to work with. I would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
