Dr. Luna I Ragsdale, MD

Saw Dr. Ragsdale with complaint of left flank/back pain and concern of kidney bruising. I watched as she sat behind a desk for an hour then came into my room acting like she thought I was still in xray, i know she was acting as i saw her look at me several times. Once she decided to come in she listened to my lungs and checked my arm and leg strength then discharged me after pain meds. That is correct, i complained of possible kidney bruising and flank pain and she did not check the area.

She asked me the same questions repeatedly, and talked over top of me while I tried to explain the symptoms that led me to the ER. She never listened to a word I said. My daughter and I were shocked. Left without treatment, had to seek help elsewhere. Too busy talking to listen to the patient. I would give her a zero rating if possible.
