Dr. Lydia A Juzych, MD

I had a very positive visit with Dr. Juzych. She was honest and realistic about my recovery time. I appreciated her effort in explaining the recovery process and steps I could take to improve my symptoms.

Before she came into the room I heard her talking to the MA about me and how she was already decided on what my problem was. She didn’t let me get in a single word and talked over me the entire time. I felt so demoralized and like I didn’t exist. She was in and out in five minutes not even and basically just threw everything onto my PCP. I heard her entire encounter with the patient in the neighboring room and it was the same thing she was in and out in five minutes and didn’t let that patient get a single word in.Please try anyone else before you go to her. The fact of the matter is she just did not care whatsoever for as sensitive of a problem as I came to her with. I have never had a good experience with dermatology here.

Brought my 92 year old mother here for a cyst removal. Very, very rude and rushed. Acted like she didn’t want us to be there. Said there was no medical reason to remove. Apparently the previous doctor we saw 2 weeks prior for a consult did not leave any notes in the chart so she accused us of not knowing where we went for the consult. Never acknowledged, apologized or even explained their error for not having notes from my moms previous visit in her EMR chart. Continued to be very rude and condescending. Also not gentle at all with my elderly mother. Was actually nervous she would fall off the bed due to her abrupt and rushed bed side manner. Thank god I was with my mom - not sure how she would have been treated without me there. Just Awful!!

Doctor Lydia Juzych is condescending and lacks empathy. She was very rude to me and treated me poorly. She did not even check my skin thoroughly. Save your time and find a better dermatologist.

This was my first visit with D. Juzych but I have been a patiento Henry Ford Derm. for a few years. I have had a number procedures done over the last 10 years. She came in fully apprised of my medical history and completed a thorough exam. She diagnosed yet another skin issue that would require a procedure-fully explaining the nature of the condition and what to expect from the surgery. She made sure I was seeing the right specialist and addressed a number of preventation related issues...easily one of the best derm physicians I've had.
