I have been going to Chandler Endocrinology for 10 years. I appreciate the knowledge and care Dr. Belitsky and her office have provided to me over the years. Every aspect of my diagnosis and treatment have been expertly explained and all of my questions discussed and answered. I feel very much monitored and cared for at this office.

I have had diabetes for over twenty years. I have seen several doctors and never had any control over it till I saw Dr. Belitsky. She explains my labs, and tests and medicines to me. She really explains things well and supports you through your life style changes.

I am 67 years old and was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes at age 55, although I was feeling fatigued prior to that! I have a wonderful Primary Care team of doctors, but I felt like I was babied in a sense, as they tried multiple diabetic medications with me. It was not them, it was me, that may have delayed the optimal outcome of my treatment. I would be good, then I would fall of the rails, in my prescribed diet and exercise routines. Then one of my best doctors highly recommended I see an endocrinologist to assess my diet, lifestyle, and exercises routine, so as to bring down the A1C and daily blood sugar numbers (around 177-189!). I was referred to Dr Belitsky's office. At first, I was somewhat intimidated, but then I found out how very comprehensive and knowledgeable she is!! This takes time! I am seen promptly and all her staff treats me very well, always explaining why or what they are doing something to better my care. There has recently been a change in office staff, for the… better!! I love her back office MA, who is very prompt, knowledgeable, patient, caring and attentive! I really feel taken care of there and my AIC has dropped down to almost normal! Daily numbers are 80-129 now! Dr Belitsky always explains her method and reasoning for thinking, in a prompt and professional manner, There is hope for me to regulate my Diabetes!! I am very pleased and would recommend her Chandler AZ office to anyone.

I have been a diabetic over 10 years and Dr Belitsky has been able to help me understand my numbers and keep them under control, my A1C has gone down and my overall health has improved! The staff are always nice and helpful, there have been some staff changes and I understand a new phone system so for me I haven't had any issues in the last year or so. If they can't answer the phone I leave a message for the department I need and they usually call me back same day late or next day unless it is Friday then I get a call Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I am in my 70's I get frustrated and impatient but in the end I get the care I need and that is what matters most to me!

I am Dr. Belitsky's patient from day one since she opened her practice about 11 years ago. I was procrastinating all this time to write a review: just got too comfortable. However, it breaks my heart to see so many unfair and negative assessments of Dr. Belitsky's practice, so here we go. I have to admit that I did have a rough start with the doctor. I was referred by my primary and I came ``prepared'' for my first appointment by googling my condition and finding out what works the best for me based on this. The doctor listened to my complaints and, patiently, to my demands. However, she is a no-nonsense doctor, she suggested a completely different course of action, though I tried to argue. She clearly stated her expectations and explained why it is important to follow her recommendations to the letter. I was in fact misdiagnosed by my primary! Dr. Belitsky explained why certain treatment was more beneficial for my condition, described possible side effects and asked me to call… office ASAP if they occur. It is very different from my previous interactions with other doctor. In retrospect, I should not have argued with her. But that time had long gone. It is true what they say that 1 hour on google cannot replace years of medical school. My labs look great with what she prescribed me! Rarely that the doctor runs a bit late so that I have to wait, but it never more than 20 mins. In other medical offices I almost always had to wait up to an hour. But I am a patient so I have to be patient. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I never had any issues with getting in touch to refill my prescriptions. If I could not get MA on the other end right away, I would leave a message and they always get back to me very promptly. The practice is not a service provider but rather a treatment medical facility. Leave your entitlement and ``customer is always right'' attitude at home. You are not a customer, you are a patient! Dr. Belitsky and her office rule!

I've been a patient here for over 2 years now and can honestly that this doctor and the staff do an amazing job with the large amount of patients they see on a day-to-day basis. The receptionist always makes sure to leave messages any time I miss a call to make sure I have blood work and anything else I need for upcoming appointment. Dr. Belitsky does a tremendous job of answering of my questions and keeping me well-informed on my blood sugar and other health concerns and what new precautions to take to improve them. I will continue to be coming back here in the future!
