Worst most incompetent medical staff and doctor I have ever met. You call their office to get a prescription filled, they refuse to fill it, you then ask to make an appointment with the doctor and they don't give you an appointment, they then try stealing from you by sending you a bill for an office visit. The worst doctor and medical staff I ever met. Stay away for your health. MHC

My family and I have been going to Dr. Sullivan for years. My daughter has special needs and he has always been kind, respectful and attentive. I don't share his political views, but I don't go there to debate him, I go there because he is a good doctor. I sometimes have encountered rude and unhelpful clerical staff, but not recently....otherwise, I would give a 5-star rating.

The worst most incompetent Dr. and medical staff I have ever encountered. They mess up your prescription and then tell you it is your fault and you are not allowed to question them. The Dr. tries selling you steroids to solve your problems - what he is really doing is trying to make quick money on the side. Durig covid the Dr. examines you without a mask and tells you that you do not need to wear one and states covid is just the flu and do not worry about it. The worst staff and Dr. I ever met stay away for your health. MHC

Office staff is rude, uncooperative and flat out incompetent. I would not recommend Dr Sullivan to seniors or anyone on Medicare. Either he is also incompetent or flat out lazy, I'm not sure. If you have a sore throat, he can get that job done, but if you have multiple health issues or geriatric needs, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! I don’t even think he has any affiliation with any hospitals. Good luck if you’re really sick. Getting Dr Sullivan to cooperate to give his approvals to see specialists and getting Medicare services for my mom has been a complete nightmare. He refuses to resign my mom to get at-home services that are necessary for her because she is not ambulatory. His office staff has been rude and uncooperative with Medicare services, the podiatrist and the vascular surgeons office staff. IM DONE with him!

My wife came In with crushing chest pain she wanted to Dr.Sullivan because he markets his practice as an urgent care. Long story short she was treated with attitude and told she would have to wait 4 hrs to be seen because they were “busy” with covid tests. Me and wife are both Registered Nurses so we know what is proper attentive medical care . She did not receive any care but did receive rude comments by the staff and lots of eye rolling :) cleared her chest pain right up just kidding. This isn’t the first problem we have had with Sullivan’s office the last problem was them trying to charge me double for my visit when I had already paid again met by rude staff who claimed it wasn’t an error then she hung up only to call back 10 mins later saying it was a mistake on their end with no apology

My daughter went to him in the Urgent care and said "Ma" I wished he was my permanent primary care doctor. "He was so caring and nice"

The single most unprofessional medical practice (if you want to call it that) I have ever encountered. Not even going to revisit the horror story that was encountered. Just stay far away and keep your kids, family, friends, etc. away from this place.

I have been to Dr. Sullivan’s office many times over the years and always have had good experiences. Dr. Sullivan, the nurses, and office staff are kind, expedient, practical, and knowledgeable. I’ve referred friends and family there and have always heard good reports. Then, I had a genuine health emergency. I went to the ER, a specialist, a different Urgent Care service (god-forbid) and I felt like no one listened or took me seriously (women who have navigated the healthcare world while in sever pain, you know what I’m talking about...) So I threw in the towel and went to Dr. Sullivan and was AMAZED by the level of true care. He listened, asked questions the others did not, and took me seriously. He even made me laugh! I finally received the right medication and treatment plan. I finally found relief. I finally felt heard. On top of all that, Dr. Sullivan, recognizing the severity of my state, extended his office hours just for me, personally. He sent me home with a number to… contact him directly in case of emergency at home. I need not tell the reader how extremely rare this level of care and dedication is. Having dealt with many doctors over the course of the week makes me realize how truly unique Dr. Sullivan is in this regard. While I do feel for the patients who left bad reviews, I respectfully ask you to disregard them. Having been to his office over a dozen times over the years I have never had any experience with Dr. Sullivan’s office that hasn’t left me feeling respected and well-cared-for. This includes the office staff. Due to how often I’ve used this facility, I am offering better data than someone who went once and hadn’t a negative experience (and negative perhaps due to their level of pain and frustration with the system in general, or anguish with their insurance company, etc.). I don’t typically write these kinds of reviews, but based on my experience with Dr. Sullivan this week, I felt inspired to express my gratitude in this way. Trust me, you will not find a better Urgent Care in Westchester and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better doctor. If you go to Dr. Sullivan, you are in good hands!

I really like Dr Mack and his triage nurses are terrific. I have dropped in several time without an appointment and have never waited long. I would have given 5 stars but the office staff is very inefficient. They never send referrals to specialists and this provides a large problem with insurance. I should not have to call several times to make sure this is done. Last week it took several calls from my Dr's office before they got the referral.
