Dr. Madeleine Weiser, MD

I feel bad for the people who wrote these negative reviews. I'm guessing their lives are full of negative reviews. My daughters have been going there from birth to age 16. Doctors are always available, always call back, scheduling is never difficult. My kids appreciate all the doctors. Dr Weiser a wonderful person and a great physician. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my kids' doctor all these years.

The best pediatrician on the main line- no question. The other doctors in her practice are equally excellent. Both of my kids have gone to Dr. Maddy for years- I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Difficult to schedule appointments, office staff can only be described as rude, difficult to see the same doctor, doctors don't return calls and we have never been seen without waiting almost 30 minutes whether it's in the waiting room or the exam room. And worse, whenever office staff fills out health forms for my child, they always leave off her allergy - that is unacceptable. There are so many better and more caring practices in the Main Line area, there is no reason to come here.

My children have been going to this office for 10 years since my oldest was born but we haven't been happy for some time - the office staff are AWFUL and it is difficult to get an appointment more than 6 weeks out. The 3 doctors are all OK (none is great) and there are no male doctors in the office should you have an adolescent boy who wants to see a male. My main reason, though, for moving doctors is that I'm tired of being treated so rudely by the front staff. And even trying to get my children's records, which I have to pay $20 per chart for, is a challenge. I would never recommend this office or any of the doctors.

As a little kid, Dr. Weiser's office was OK, but being a teenager, it was really irritating to have to wait 30 minutes or more each time I went in. It was ridiculous planning to have so many patients scheduled per day. Everybody had an appointment.

We have been a patient of Dr. Weiser for over 15 years. She is very professional, caring and completely thorough in the care given. We have never had a problem getting an appt, referral or rx refill. We would highly recommend her!
