Dr. Madhavi Gaddam, MD

I worked here once and I’ve never been so happy to give my notice of resignation. I often felt belittled and disrespected.

This office is dysfunctional. I have a complicated condition and Dr. Gaddam gave me samples of a medication. She told me to call in for a proper prescription if the samples work. Another medication that she suggested was denied by the insurance because they needed proper information about my condition from the doctor. I called the medical assistant of Dr. Gaddam but she never picks up the phone. I left messages with detailed information about my needs. In total I called four times to ask for the prescription and to provide the information. I never got a response and no action was taken to help me with my condition. Dr. Gaddam is ok, but her office management totally sucks. It left me upset and without proper medication. Avoid this place.

I have seen her for several years, love her bedside manner, explains things to me in an easy to understand manner, will listen to my suggestions regarding my care

Despite life and death issues, the incompetence and disregard from this Doctor Gaddam and her team to to approve on time, release vital life impacting information, return a call and then to obviously (affirmed by several) and systematically lie and fabricate answers about it has left us bewildered and devastated - avoid this practice at all costs. We will be taking them to an oversight authority process. Heartsore.

I've been seeing Dr. Gaddam for 2 years. I have a rare disease. She spends a lot of time explaining what's happening. She has called me at home on several occasions to help me understand my results and to ease my concerns. She has had to order tests and follow up on things that appear on my scans outside of her realm of responsibility. She could have easily sent me back to my internist. I don't. have to remind her about what's going on with my case every time I see her. She takes the time to familiarize herself with my chart. I spend a lot of time researching my condition. She very patient with me and I am very satisfied with her care.

Horrible staff! I have never encountered such a rude, discounting staff in my 55 years! Dr. Gaddam is also quite dismissive and rude. There are many physicians with her qualifications, I will not return here!
