Dr. Maher Bishara, MD

This Doctor works at both Memorial Herman Memorial City and Methodist in Katy. It’s good for him to cover himself. God Bless the elderly under this man’s care. I believe his pay plan dictates the treatment he provides rather than putting the patient first. He is dangerous.

We were so happy to be referred to Dr Bishara! He was thorough, professional, compassionate, but yet super friendly, we loved him as I went with my husband. Very happy with our visit today and thankful to have met him. Five stars.

I have been hospitalized three times in the last year and Dr. bishara has been my attending/admitting physician on three occasions. I do not like hospitals and If I must be confined in one - I want the best physician available.. because of the seriousness of why I was admitted I was extremely nervous and fearful. dr. Bishara has a very good bedside manner and alleviated a lot of the apprehensive I had. He always answered my questionly Thoughtfully and in terms I understood. If there’s one thing I took away from this physician is that he cares for his patients and he loves medicine.

Dr. Bishara does not care about his patients especially elderly ones. He has a Terri le bedside manner and does not wish to communicate with family members of patients. There are too many good doctors in Houston, so you would be well advised to run fr this one.

He was assigned to my father in the hospital as an attending physician. Medicare requires 3 days of PT evaluation before sending to a skiled nursing facility. Dr didn't check on him or do any evaluation. He stuck his head in to get his medicare payment each day. My father had had a stroke and he did not call neurologist. We had to request it. His excuse was that there is nothing you can do for a stroke. When Neurolgist tech was running EEG he stuck head in room and said he thought test was worthless. Very professional to criticize doctor who is specialist in field. I had to work hard to get him removed as attending. Aweful man who cares less about patients.
