Dr. Mahmoud Ajang, MD

I was seeing Dr. Ajang for a condition that makes planning, organizing, and scheduling difficult for me. On the phone with Noelle I was confused about my next appt day and time. She was rude, condescending, and very unkind. I lost my temper eventually but apologized to her when I next saw her (even tho she should have made a point to apologize to me!). Upon hearing my apology and what made me so frustrated she smugly said, "This conversation is over. I don't need a lecture from you or anyone!" As I walked away she continued to harass me and yell some things at me I couldn't understand or hear. For a psychiatrist's office it should be a priority to have professional staff! I was in utter disbelief. When speaking to Dr. Ajang about it he appeared not to give a crap. This is a tiny, dank, dark office with an odd, weird vibe. I've given them a good 6 mos but will now be quietly backing out for something better!

Dr Ajang was very professional, staff was friendly, and very short wait time to be seen. Dr Ajang performed a very through history, which help to aid in the cate he provided me.
