Dr. Dey is the best Dr. I have ever had in.my life....She is loyal and very compassionate and will go to extremes to help....She's even sacrificed her lunch for me when I really needed to see her...I've been trying to see her and she's out...I pray to God she is ok....I am so concerned about her during this pandemic...I wish I could talk to her.... My prayers are with you Dr. Dey.... No one can replace you...

She has been my primary care dr. For 20+ yrs. Absolutely love her she is genuine. I consider her as part of our family.

This entire office is so messed up. They lost all my medical records, all my son's medical records. They do not fill out the authorizations for my insurance so that I can get my medicine. They do not fill out the referrals for my cardiologist, for my dermatologist. Their phones are always busy, when you do get a hold of them, they promise to call you back with information and do not. I have been paying out of pocket for months now for a simple prescription. Rather than filling out a prior auth for a medication that is needed she prescribed a medication that I previously had a bad reaction to without telling me, and she sent it to a pharmacy that I do not use.

Dr. Dey is very thorough. She's the best doctor I've ever had in my lifetime. She has a passion for medicine...However... Her staff is a nightmare. Deliberately putting incorrect information in charts, treating patients like dumb animals, tampering with test results and the medical chart, not cooperating with other doctors when they need information from dr. dey, playing games on the phone with patients, lying to patients .... A real horror ... I love dr. dey but i get sick to my stomach when i have to deal with the staff, knowing i'm going to be abused... they are sadistic cruel................

Dr. Dey has been scattered and dismissive both times I met with her. Her exams were less than thorough, and her follow-up after tests took forever (and required patient initiative to find out test results). I hope to find another doctor very soon.
