Go somewhere else if you need your prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Office staff doesn’t return calls. In an urgent situation that is NOT acceptable!

I have used Dr. Traxler several times in the last year as a new patient. He and his staff are very caring, very attentive and very professional. They have returned my calls and he spends a very generous amount of his time talking to me and solving my health issues. I would highly recommend him for an internist.

The office visit was good, but after my physical I could not get anyone in the office to contact me with my results. I then received a bill from his office that I charged to my medical spending visa. Turns out they charged my insurance and then charged me again and after countless requests from my insurance to Dr. Traxler to refund the extra payment that were ignored, I had to pay back the difference out of my own pocket.

It says at the top of the page that "this doctor is deceased." I know Dr. Traxler personally, and he is most definitely NOT deceased!
