Dr. Malgorzata I Gradzka has the following 2 specialties
A rheumatologist is a physician who has received extensive training in diagnosing and treating rheumatic conditions. Rheumatic conditions involve the joints, soft tissues, autoimmune system, vascular system, and connective tissues.
Some of the conditions that rheumatologists treat are rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, sarcoidosis, vasculitis, and lupus. These are all conditions that involve a lot of pain and make mobility difficult. Rheumatologists use medications, such as analgesics, NSAIDs, steroids, DMARDs, infliximab, and adalimumab, as well as occupational therapy, in order to decrease pain and improve a patient's quality of life.
- Internal Medicine
An internist is a physician who focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect the adult population—both acute and chronic.
These doctors are often who adults see as their primary physicians because they treat a broad range of illnesses that do not require surgical or specialist interventions. They also work to help a patient maintain optimal health in order to prevent the onset of disease.
In addition to treating the common cold and flu, internists also treat chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

I have seen Dr. Gradzka for 20 years and have always walked away feeling that I have been very well taken care of. She really goes the extra mile for her patients and interacts with my other doctors in order to keep up to date with my meds, blood work and any other tests or procedures I have. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone who is particular in their care and want the best.
For my first visit, I have only a positive impression all around. I actually arrived late but they were very accommodating and I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the physician's assistant, to Doctor Gradzka herself. She was kind, humorous, caring and knowledgeable. I felt like she had all the time in the world to talk to me.
I was a patient for approx 3 years and was discharged because SHE became paranoid. She was prescribing several meds including a pain medication, a very high dose and when the DEA began to crack down on doctors who were over prescribing, she became very nervous and discharged me in the middle of my care and left me with no help to find another doctor. Because of the high dose of pain medication I was on and her leaving me with no help, I ended up having SEVERE withdrawls. I later found out she had also done this to several other patients too in the middle of they're care as well. When I requested my records and went to pick them up, I was STUNNED at what was in them. All the records had my name and date of birth, but the diagnoses were other people's, things I had never heard before. Some of the medications were correct but most were medications for conditions I don't have. Also almost all of my history taken for each visit, was the history of someone else. It was the same every visit and none of it had to do with why I was there or my diagnosis. When I called to tell them something was very wrong with my records, I was told since I was no longer a patient there was nothing they could do. Read other Web reviews because she has a lengthy history of telling patients they can no longer see her and will drop them in the middle of medical care.
Dr. Gradzka's front desk lady needs to control her frustrations. Dr. Gradzka told me if I have any question about the medicine that she prescribe me, just make a phone call. I call and this lady looked on the system and she didn't found that prescription. The name of the medicine is Stromium. She get frustrated , because of that. She start yelling and said that Dr. Gradzka only prescribed 2 medicines and that one wasn't on her list. After she said a few more words she hang up. If she doesn't know about that medicine, she could put me in hold and ask.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gradzka for two years. She is positive and energetic and clearly knows what she is talking about. However, it is hard to follow her train of thought. She diagnosed me with Lupus and a year later my blood work came back and she said "i'm not sure you have it. you have an autoimmune disease but it worries me to say its lupus. But keep taking your lupus medication." Welllll, thats not he best diagnosis. i do not want to take medicine my whole life espeically if I do not have the disease. You can rarely get through on the phone, they never call you back. BUT once you get through, an appointment is always made for the week of or shortly after. Again, very smart, nice lady but seems rushed and confusing.
