Horrible Doctor. She talks over you and refuses to listen to your actual medical needs. At some point I described my symptoms. She responded that my symptoms were unrelated to Sinusitis because there are no sinus cavities in your head. She then described the locations of the sinuses which were the same exact same locations I had just described. She began demanding what the causes was and repeatedly asserting it as the cause even after she did a test to see if there was such pain or causality -ignoring her own test. She did NOT ask useful questions or investigate any symptoms or causes but rather asserted "doctors are here to find out what is going on and investigate" we ask questions to understand, we don't accuse" and then did the exact opposite. All she did was make unfounded demands, failed to engage in fact finding questions, ignored facts or any rational communication or process. She focus on my throat even though my problems were in my sinus cavities. She blatantly admitted that she was intentionally trying to provoke me to get the answers she already wanted; b) refusing to provide medical tests to determine the cause, c) ignoring the test and facts I already have, d) remarked that 'well I guess you can be involved in your own medical care..I guess." She observed some structural problems but then continued to ignore them as a factor in my concerns as she focused on some malicious premeditated nonsense. She then provided a 'treatment plan' for things which are already proven ineffective. She then insisted that my otehr medical needs must also be non existent - despite xrays, endoscopies, scans that prove otherwise. I do not even understand how this women passed medical school or is still in practice she was negligent and engaged in malpractice. Worse she admitted to intentionally and maliciously trying to cause emotional harm. She smiled and laughed about it. She was also very defensive and dismissive about the knowledge I already had about my own medical needs. She jumps to conclusions and predetermines ideas rather than listening and acting rationally. Did she have some personal bias or hatred towards me personally or was she just that incompetence and abusive naturally to everyone?
I had sinus surgery. I kept putting it off because I was scared. It couldn't have gone smoother. Also painless. Great, great, great. I haven't had a sinus infection since. I was getting sinus infections about every two months. The surgery helped 100%. A truly easy experience. She is a excellent, excellent Doctor.
