Listens and addressed patient concerns promplty

Dr Bashyam is personable, knowledgeable and patient. He answers my questions and provides solutions. During the 15 years I have been a diabetic he has helped me more than any other physician.

Dr Bashyam has been addressing and treating my thyroid issues for 2+ years. He and his staff are very efficient in communicating treatment instructions.

Dr. Byasham always listens to my concerns. His office staff are very professional and helpful

I would say this review is mainly geared towards the office personnel and not the doctor himself. Dr. Bashyam was always kind and answered our questions with patience. The thorn I have is trying to schedule anything with them. Unless you schedule it right there at the office while you are there, you won't get a return phone call. I have called 4 times regarding my wife Hyper Thyroidism and getting back into treatment plan due to COVID-19 stalling the whole situation. We were told by the office staff that the doctor will be traveling back and forth from Texas and PA at the end of last year. I am telling my PCP about this and he tells me that Dr. Bashyam is gone; not to Texas but GONE. ?????? I asked if my PCP could help my wife and he scheduled a new doctor to do the surgery; 5 minutes is all it took. Now, why didn't the office staff call me back just to say that. They would rather listen to my rant and forget about me. Thanks ladies. I am going to print this off and… give it to you. CONGRATULATIONS !!!

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and he wanted to do radiation when my oncologist said it was not neccessary. The only reason I gave him two stars instead of one is that he found my cancer.

Waste of time, money, effort, emotion, and quite possibly health. I am shocked that patients accept this low level of care and poor treatment. I get there are few options, but you deserve better.
