Very good. Staff was kind, thorough, competent, knowledgeable, thoughtful. Dr. Madan is considerate and reassuring. A very capable professional, thorough and explains things well.

Dr. Madan was excellent. Talked me through the procedure, address my concerns and acknowledged we had history for over 20 years. I felt very comfortable and satisfied that my fears were met. Procedure went well. Explained what he saw. All nurses treated me with respect and validated my concerns about problems. I had laying flat because my neck had been injured. During the procedure very concerned about my comfort and everything went well. Recovery was fine and everything was explained about the rest of my day and recovery. All in all I felt seen and the procedure went well. I would highly recommend Dr. Madan and this practice.

I gave only 3 stars because just like I said MAC sedation may work well for the Drs, but I got home with a terrible increasing headache, gi upset, disgusting farts, every muscle in my body felt like I was thrown out of a car and I was dragged down the street. My muscles were like they were clenching while under sedation. Lastly, my neck hurt so much that I want general anesthesia like I requested for my next colonoscopy or endoscopy. Dr Madan was very kind and did a great job removing 3 tiny polyps. I didn’t have any pain from the snips of tissue in the colon. I couldn’t eat anything, but drink water. Now do you understand why we should have gone with the normal general anesthesia? Please listen to your patient, especially since I’ve been put under more than at least 8 times or more over the last 2-4 years. . Otherwise Dr Madan is a very good Dr. and thorough. He has a warm personality. I’d recommend having the procedure in the hospital because they can get up into your large colon… better without you having to take a micro-dose of narcotic pain medicine and oral sedation. The. Drugs weren’t strong enough using that cocktail. I ended being under the weather and wide awake with the nurse saying I can’t give you anymore. It was very uncomfortable and it does not give the Dr enough time to throughly examine the inside of the large colon.

Dr. Madan and all of his staff were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure went smoothly, and the staff was attentive and compassionate from start to finish. I truly felt well cared for and would highly recommend this practice.

Very friendly atmosphere, from the time we checked in they processed my paperwork with ease and few minutes later the nurse called me with big smiles and helped me to prepare the procedure.From Doctors to Nurses are excellent

Dr. Madan and his staff have been professional/ knowledgeable and have been there for me for over a decade. Never a problem from scheduling through procedure and recovery. Enjoyed my colonoscopy so much that I scheduled my endoscopy for next week.
