Totally patient centered health care. I have been a patient for about three years, and I am so impressed with Dr. Saini and his staff that I refer my friends and family without hesitation or reservation. His office staff are professional, polite, thorough, and take you through the preliminaries and get you in the room at the scheduled time of your appointment. That’s because Dr. Saini does not double-book appointments. Dr. Saini is never in a hurry. He takes the time to listen and to talk to you about your concerns and provides clear explanations and instructions concerning your treatment options. Like I said, totally patient centered health care.

Dr. Saini’s staff could not get me the items the insurance company requested. When I asked for Dr. Saini to call me, his staff explained he was too busy. Never did get a call back. Switching doctors.

Living in Bergen county had the same GP for over 40 yrs. moved to TR secured Dr S as primary & after only 18 months HE decided doesn’t want me as patient. Not enough office visits for insurance. Unbelievable
