Dr. Bupathi is knowledgeable, articulate, and empathic. He spends as little or as much time as needed with patients, and his staff is remarkable--from Nichole, the receptionist, who always greets me by name; to Kari, the scheduler, who always tries to honor my appointment wishes; to Kasey, the most skillful phlebotomist I've ever encountered. And my Monday infusion nurses, Lindsay and Melanie, are incredible--graceful in their efficiency, cheerful, compassionate, and they always remember to follow up on any problems that were apparent at my last visit. I'm invariably grateful and happy to see them.
