Dr. Manuel Leonardo St Martin, MD

Dr. Saint Martin attended Stanford University for three years and majored in biology. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982. After two years of residency in general surgery at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Saint Martin completed a psychiatry residency at the Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center. He is board certified in general psychiatry and has offices in New York City and Los Angeles.

Dr. Saint Martin attended Southwestern University School of Law while a resident physician in psychiatry and he graduated in 1989. He is licensed to practice law as a member of the state bars of California, New York and New Jersey, and the federal bars for the Central District of California and the Eastern District of New York. His law practice concentrates on probate and estates, health care law and elder law.

Dr. Saint Martin has had a long career in various areas of psychiatric practice including clinical psychiatry and teaching, as well as …work as a psychiatric expert for various courts. Dr. Saint Martin has qualified as a psychiatric expert for the federal district courts including: Central District of California, Eastern District of California, Northern District of California, Southern District of California, and the District of Nevada. He has qualified as an expert in the San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts. He is a medical expert for the Medical Board of California and the California Dental Board.

Dr. Saint Martin is responsible for teaching students clinical psychiatric skills and other concepts in psychiatric education. He is a Professor and Medical Director for the Physician Assistant Program at City University of New York, Former Adjunct Assistant Professor at Touro College in Manhattan, Adjunct Assistant Professor at Western University of Health Sciences and Clinical Preceptor at Midwestern University at Glendale, Arizona. His research field is mass violence.
