Dr. Marc Andrew Berezin, MD

I have known Dr. Berezin for many years. He is very honest, direct and fun. Besides that, he always has given me perfect treatment.

Dr. Berezin is a wonderful doctor; he is top rated, dedicated, and obviously enjoys what he does so well. In addition, he is engaged with the patient and very pleasant.

This is one doctors office I don't mind going to. Dr Berezin is a pleasure. He is intelligent and has a pleasant personality. He has helped me with my injured shoulder. The office manager Annabelle is the best. She has a true compassion for people. She will answer all your questions and help you with whatever you need. It is a clean well organized office, nice staff too. I never have a long wait time. 5 stars or sure. I highly recommend them.

Brought my child there with a broken wrist. DR. Berezin rushed the exam while walking in and out of the exam room. Then said my son's arm needed to be reset. I was trying to ask questions like can we give any type pain medication or numb the area. He said that he has been doing this for 25 years and the needle would scare and hurt him more. i then said that I would like to call my husband to discuss it. DR. Berezin became impatient and actually said "Are we doing this or not"?. I finally agreed and I am very sorry that I trusted him. He put my son through so much pain that was so extreme and barbaric. If I would have known of the pain I would have made appointment with someone else and had it done under anesthesia or numbing as it should have been. After all this he broken bones needed to be reset again but this time it was done by excellent doctor at Hospital for special surgery.

had several appointments with Dr. Berezin in the new Windsor office. No wait time if you have appointment. Very nice doctor, was for work IME and he is a caring Dr. who really cares. I would recommend to everyone!! staff is very nice. wish I saw him before I had surgery with different orthopedic.

An incomplete and unjust evaluation by this doctor caused Workmen's Compensation to abruptly stop my pain medications that I have been taking for a very long time for problems with my neck, arms.legs and back due to a fall where I was last employed. He never reviewed my history and wrote that I was cable of doing things that I am not. I had a witness to the exam.

This place is terrible. Staff are rude and unprofessional, especially the woman who see you after the doctor visit. She talk just like you own her something. I feel like they just try to get the money and rush you out. I don't recommend anybody come to this office.
