Dr. Marc Ronald Carruth

Great doctor. Communicates well with soft and caring demeanor. Thorough explanation of how he planned to perform the surgery including options depending on what he found during the actual procedure. He even sent a personalized card after the surgery thanking me for placing my trust in he and his staff and reminding me to contact him if if any problem surface or if I have any questions…..first doctor that I’ve ever seen do such a nice gesture. Staff very friendly, accommodating and caring. Facility is clean with convenient parking. Will certainly see him again if the need arises.

Very good doctor , took his time and explained the procedure, had to remove a piece of my ear but got all the cells . I am on Medicare , but treated me like I was a cash customer.

Administrative office staff is very poor. I was referred to Dr Carruth for surgery by a new dermatologist that I did not plan to return to due to their sales tactics. During the surgery, Dr Carruth's staff suggested that I have a full body scan. I scheduled the appointment. Several weeks later, I received a call from the receptionist (Sandy) that my appointment was canceled because they said I had to go back to my referring doctor for the full body scan. I asked to speak to the office manager (Kathy) and was told she was not available and that "there is no guaranty that she would return my call". Very poor customer service. I suspect that there is more money to be made in surgeries than other general dermatology procedures they claim to provide on their web site. In general, if you get referred to this doctor, you will NOT be able to see him for anything else unless you are referred by another doctor. PERIOD.

Dr. Carruth was very accommodating of my comfort while I attended my appointments which lasted several hours each. I had a large amount of basil cells removed & only have hairline scares.
