The front desk is the worst. If you call in to say you need a prescription refill it rings at least 50 times. I always have to call United Health Care to have them call in to take care of it. It is also a walk in clinic so the front desk has a lot going on but they should get more people to pick up phone. But that’s not my problem and I think I am going find another doctor because it’s really aggravating. Dr. Allen is fabulous and just wish she worked in a proper doctors office.

Dr. Allen is impatient and unprofessional. She is only good at billing you crazy amount of money. I went to Mount Sinai to get my blood test report and she did not even bother to explain the details on the report and just said everything is fine and let me go. A week later, I received a $450 bill for that 2 mins visit, and I was told by the hospital that Dr.Allen has tried to bill me the lowest rate possible. I tried to contact Dr.Allen but she never respond.

One would expect their PCP to be respectful and ethical, showing at least some active interest in their patient's welfare. That is most definitely not the case with this "doctor," who does not do even the most basic tests, pretends to have performed tests that she has not done, done procedures she had no authorization to do, is always secretive so that the patient has no idea what's going on, never gives any proactive advice, and never reaches a diagnosis. Yet she will always makes sure to charge as much as possible, even for services never rendered. STAY AWAY!!!

Dr. Allen, is kind, compassionate, caring and so responsive . The staff is lovely and calls,lab reports are given promptly. So happy to have found this great doctor....
