Dr. Marcella Teresa Torres, MD

Went to Mayo ER in Scottsdale had been suffering from pain when urinating for 2 weeks on antibiotics she acted like I was wasting her time. She did not run any tests, 2 weeks later I went to Scottsdale Er and they diagnosed a kidney stone. Stay away from Mayo their care has gone way down the urologist at Mayo was unable to diagnose kidney stone also she just kept giving me different antibiotics one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had!

Went to ER with severe nausea and was greeted by Dr Tores who stated why are you here and told me she could not help me! I needed to contact my doctor since she could not do anything for me. This was the rudest doctor I have ever interacted with and a pure disgrace to Mayo Clinic staff! Then she documented my visit with the wrong information about my condition. If you are assigned this ER doctor ask for someone else!

I sincerely wish I had the option to give NO stars!! I have never been treated as rudely and with as much disdain as I was by this woman who has certainly forgotten any semblance of an appropriate bedside manner. Worst physician I have EVER had the displeasure of seeing. She is a disgrace to the fine name and reputation of Mayo Clinic. She is an embarrassment to the hospital and the reputation of physicians. If you see this woman walking into your ER bay you should politely request a physician who truly cares about giving quality medical care to their patients.

I came in at 1 am with a panic attack and Dr. Torres was there to listen to me. A very caring and compassionate doctor.

This woman doesn't want to work. She seemed irritated that I was in her ER, and then proceeded to make incorrect generalizations about my character. She also used crude language. Don't go to the Mayo ER they don't want you there.
