the front desk people have terrible customer service. They need to be taught to see each individual who comes in as one who exacts exceptional service. This is the second time that I went for my scheduled appointment only to be sent home by them(the receptionist) without seeing the doctor. Am definitely not going back there again to go through such aweful treatment!

Out of kindness and concern for my child, who at the time was not her patient, Dr. Payne met my in-laws at her office on a Saturday. WOW!

Have been seeing Margaret Payne for one and half a year. It has to call an end and find another doctor. Scared us with wrong/fake diagnosis. NO empathy to kid and parents. NEVER recommend anyone to this doctor.
