Dr. Margarita Isabel Terrassa, MD

Unfortunately she did not thoroughly explain the entire procedure (surgery) and day 2 of recovery is when I read the details of what was actually being done to my body. It explained the excruciating pain I was in as she conveniently forgot to mention a few vital things. She dismissed my symptoms because of my age and avoided addressing my concerns with a sly smile and a don’t worry about it attitude. It was frustrating dealing with her but against my better judgement, I proceeded with her & wish I would have pushed for more direct answers or chose another doctor. I have since changed physicians to someone who will actually listen to my concerns and not rush my appointments.

She will make you wait a long time to get seen to then spend only 5 min with you being dismissive and rude. She does not care, please do your research. I highly recommend any other doctor but her. Awful experience, left feeling uncared for and very frustrated.

Awful experience, she does not care about you and will make you feel like a number. Very dismissive. She does not take time to talk to their patients, she is in and out. Her work is terrible, please don’t waste your time and seek a different doctor. I would rate her a 0 if I could.

Please research and read patient encounters with this doctor. She doesn’t listen to the patient! She is rude, dismissive, and talks down to you. Save yourself time and agony!

This doctor is very rude and dismissive. Does not listen. She refuses to discuss side effects of medications she may recommend. Even if you are expressing concerns about specific side effects you have read about. She will tell you "There are no side effects." This is of course not true because there are no medications that have zero side effects. I guess she doesn't have time to discuss potential risk of treatments.

Dr. Terrassa has been nothing but amazing! She was great all the way through my pregnancy! I ended up needing a c section and she calmed me down and talked me through everything. She always makes you feel very comfortable and is very informative. She was not my original OBGYN but I have switched all my care to her now! I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Terrassa is not only a wonderful doctor, she listens and takes the time to explain everything before she does it. I cannot recommend her enough.

I waited for an hour past my appoinmrnt time, when the doctor came in, she was in for maybe five minutes, and I was subsequently prescribed the wrong medication- a medication that is not recomended for pregnant women. I would highly recomend running far from this provider if you value your or your childs health.

Dr.Terrasss delivered my first born. I had never seen her before then & now she is my regular doctor. Ended up having an emergency c-section & she was so great through it all. Never have to wait long for appointments. She makes you feel very comfortable & is so kind... always asks how my son & husband are doing. I highly recommend her!
