Dr. Margery H Franklin

My overall experiance has been great. When no other Dr wanted to take the case of my child due to his severe disabilities, this office did. Dr Franklin, nurses and staff have always been great to us and providing my child with his every medical need above and beyond. We have been with this practice from age 3 to 20 . He has aged out of her practice and Dr Franklin found another Dr for us to go to. Money was never the question, Dr is dedicated to treating children ,especially those that no one else will treat. I have recommended her and will continue to do so. Thank you will never be enough to say.

This office charges you for everything. They charge you for print outs on inoculations for school, missed appointments will cost you $25.00 if you don't give 24 hrs notice. If your child is sick and its a medical emergency the office clerk makes a stink about squeezing you in between appointments to see the NP or Dr. They have misdiagnosed my daughters infantigo as ezema 6 times before another doctor at the emergency room pointed it out. They have extremely small rooms that hold only dr. and one person so if you have more than one child try to leave the others with a sitter. They insist on charging co-pays that don't exist and will argue with you on your insurance coverage unless you get on the phone and get a copy of the policy yourself to prove it. Dr. Franklin is a nice doctor but in her late 80's and not up to date on the latest technologies, tests, or procedures. She will give your child sample antibiotics not intended for children without telling you the side effects or knowing… the side effects. Personal experience on that one to.
