Dr. Mari-Paule Thiet, MD

Dr. Mari-Paule Thiet is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who has been caring for women and their families for over four decades. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed her residency training at Dallas County Hospital Parkland Memorial. Her extensive experience spans 41 years of dedicated practice in women's health. Dr. Thiet is fluent in Spanish and Chinese, allowing her to serve diverse patient populations in their preferred language.

Dr. Thiet practices at UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center at Parnassus Heights and the UCSF Prenatal Diagnostic Center in San Francisco, California. She specializes in caring for women with high-risk pregnancies and those who become pregnant after age 30. Her expertise includes managing gestational diabetes throughout pregnancy.
