We have already recommended Dr. Serrano to a friend. In addition to her expertise, Dr. S. Is incredibly kind and warm and she is excellent with adolescent girls!!!

I sincerely value the manner in which Dr. Mariastella listens attentively, in efforts to get to the bottom of things. Also she knows how to ask the right questions, in efforts to obtain the right answers, again, in efforts to pinpoint and diagnose a most probable solution. In my opinion, given the said, Dr. Mariastella Serrano is highly skilled and capable and it shows.

Dr. Serrano is extraordinary - she is approachable and made both my husband and me feel heard and part of the team to treat our son. She has excellent diagnostic skills balancing needed tests while taking a conservative approach to treat a young child. We highly recommend her.

She has no outside the box thinking and does not do a good job of connecting the dots or coordinating patient care. Under her care my child deteriorated to the point of inpatient hospitalization. Not impressed by the department or the hospital.
