Dr Soriano is a outstanding internist who carefully listens to your history and always answers all of your questions. My wife and I chose her after careful review after we entered a retirement complex. We have subspecialists in Boston and needed a local physician to coordinate our care. We value a physician who does not provide needless prescriptions e.g. antibiotics for viral syndromes which need to run their course. She is a thoughtful, quality physician who is available when you need a physician.

I used this provider using Teladoc the worst doctor ever had and was a cold person. She already had in her mind that my issue was viral and she said I already may have Covid. First of all I work from home. I already took the Covid test I’m fine no Covid then she tells me to take the test again. 2nd of all I have been sick with a cold for a while. She didn’t even ask if I have been using any over the counter or what my issues was. She didn’t listen to me . I’m here sick with a cold, body aching, sinus infection running down my nose, spitting a little green. Lady I need antibiotics and she said I don’t need it. To take something over the counter. She was no help at all. She also told me to see my doctor for antibiotics. Excuse me what was this service for. A waste of time and money. Horrible service. She’ll take my money and not provide service. Lady if you don’t care about people anymore get out the profession and do something else.

Well ... I found this provider unhelpful and rather cold. Here's the (short) story. Had an annual with my PCP who forgot to order A1C and PSA. Nothing big, but I didn't want to self-order them (and pay $50) - wanted to be covered by insurance. So ... I remembered that I have a Teladoc. Typed in exactly what I needed ("order PSA and A1C via LabCorp). This lady puts me a queue ... I wait a couple of minutes ... She comes on simply to tell me that "unfortunately, she can't do it and to follow up with my PCP." I am sorry ... but the days of "follow up with your PCP" are gone. Health care providers are expected to provide a real service (not lip service). She made a quick buck? Sure. She "earned" this review? Absolutely!

At a time when we were all scared, she explained things well and helped me feel better.

Awesome! She took care of my mom and spoke to our family regularly.

She spends time with me, listened and helped me through my illness.
