Dr. Maria Hernandez Bartlett, MD

I tell everyone she is the best Dr. ever. I am alive because of her. I think she is great. all aspects of her service is excellent. Thank God she is in our town.

I found that when setting up for the next appt, the lady was not friendly and I felt very uncomfortable. NO NAME BADGES to identiy her to report her behavior or unfriendlyness to the manager. In fact all the front office staff was not welcoming or helpful. Very confusing for MY first time visit.

A couple of days ago, I visited Dr. Bartlett's Office. [I am one of her patients; that is, she is my cardiologist]. I gave the staff my name, indicated that I was having chest pains, and asked to see Dr. Bartlett.The receptionist or person at the check-in desk told me: "Dr. Bartlett does not take walk-ins." I said, "Thank you."The female receptionist then said: "Wait, I will get your chart and ask a nurse to look at you."I waited a few minutes, then left.You assess the situation, given the above information.Was I too impatient? Were my expectations of seeing my cardiologist (without an appointment) because of chest pains unrealistic?Should I have gone to the emergency room of a local hospital or to my primary care physician instead?

Dr Bartlett Turly is the best in middle GA. She is factual and to the point, if she can help she will tell you if she can't....well there have been no days for me when she couldn't. You can go to whom ever you like but the only one who will put thier hands on my heart will be Dr. Bartlett.
