ZERO bedside manner.

Extremely disrespectful and egotistical. Has no understanding or compassion for those struggling with anxiety and mental illness. Put me through a period of agony and extreme anxiety. I do not recommend her. All other doctors at this practice have been kind, compassionate and knowledgable except her.

Maybe in her country that kind of behavior is acceptable, but should not be tolerated here. Having worked and met alot of physicians she is by far the worst, for a new doctor she needs to get off her high horse.

Dr. Cevallos carefully listened to my ailments and conducted a thorough examination. I sought a second opinion from her and she discovered what my other doctor of 25 years had carelessly overlooked! Aside from being an excellent doctor, I found her to be patient and kind. Her follow up was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable Dr. Very personable. Listen to me and answered all my questions. The office was great. So glad she's my doctor.

Terrible treatment -- adds IDC-10 codes without correct validation -- and doesn't wear gloves during exams even during these COVID times -- makes you truly feel bad about yourself.

Dr. Cevallos only likes well visits. If you come in sick, when you were clear with her assistant you are sick, she screams and throws a tantrum. She only wants well visits and other patients have also said she has no bedside manner. This woman just cuts you when you're down. She waits for your worst moment in life to treat you like dirt. I have never had such an entitled doctor. She reminds me of a veterinarian. Not good with people, can't control her freakishly large ego, and massive temper. She should go home and not be a doctor. Maybe she can work at Dunkin Donuts.

I’m so happy to have found Dr. Cevallos because she embodies all the characteristics of a great doctor! She is very knowledgeable and personable. Her demeanor makes a me feel that my concerns are valid and understood. I appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. I’m so glad my doctor retired otherwise I would’ve never discovered her! If you’re looking for a top notch female doctor who listens, hears you and wants to keep you healthy, than Dr Cevallos is for you!

I was seen on time. Doctor was attentive and listened to my health concerns. She did not delay in seeking appropriate testing to investigate my problems.
