I wanted preventative care, and a collaborative dialogue between doctor and patient, which like it or not does include challenging current day medicine and thinking. This is science. Science is supposed to be questioned & challenged, explained, not silenced, especially when it impacts the quality of our lives. But for some reason critical thinkers threaten many doctors and you’re labeled difficult even when you’re just earnestly concerned about your own health. Dr Tuason is more of the same from the past 50 years, wanting you to do as your told and not question them, easy money - get in and out like a number. She did not give me the time that I booked to be understood, nor any respect or patience. I had a 50 min appt to decide if I wanted to transfer care; I got less than 10 mins of constantly being interrupted by her because she wanted to control what I could and couldn’t say. This is MY life. MY health, not hers. She gave no eye contact when I spoke as I tried to fill her in within… some unnecessarily rushed timeframe. She abruptly interrupted me and ended my appt not liking my description or opinions about MY health & past treatment. Well thats certainly all I needed to know she would be the worse fit for me. Her rudeness, quick defensiveness, & lack of professional conduct was appalling. The office is also shady using a deceptive mental health questionnaire in an attempt to discredit any potential complaints they may get by a patient. They violate your right to privacy among themselves. Beware.
